The move-to picker (v) sorted folders A-Z by path, so a folder dragged into place in the sidebar showed up elsewhere when moving mail. It now lists them in the sidebar's order (compareFolders, walked as a tree). Unit tests for the new treeOrder helper, plus a component test on the real picker that fails on the old code. No new strings. Closes #1
