The four items this section still had outstanding were all exercised against the live 0.16.19 today.

Read receipts	assembled, uploaded, imported, submitted; landed in Sent; `$mdnsent` set so a second look doesn't offer another. Only the mock had seen this before
Scheduled send, the rest of it	a hold expiring and being delivered, and the Scheduled folder reconciling — released → Sent, cancelled → Drafts. The hold itself was already confirmed 2026-08-25
Files rename / move / delete	on the 0.16 path. What had been confirmed on 0.15.5 was the older code path, which no longer exists — so this closes the entry rather than adding to it
Settings sync	on the deployed instance, not just a build that hadn't shipped

With those in, the pending-QA list is empty, and the section's framing was overdue an update: what's left isn't unknowns, it's things worth knowing — where Stalwart departs from a spec, where a setting has to be on for a feature to work, and what ihasmail deliberately doesn't do.

I've kept the "checked what, and when" discipline and added why it exists: this section was wrong once, when the 0.16 registry path was recorded as verified live while a capability looked for in the wrong place meant it had never run. That's worth a sentence so the next person doesn't quietly relax the habit.

The status blurb up top now says the same thing, and dates it.
