The "Settings that follow the account" bullet ended with "so ihasmail itself stays stateless" — the property asserted, but with nothing said about what it is scoped to. Read cold, it invites the objection that a file ihasmail defines is ihasmail's state no matter which store it sits in.

Both halves are now named: the format is ihasmail's, the file is the account's — under its quota, and outliving any container that read it.

No behaviour change, no new or altered UI strings, so nothing for the translation catalogues.
