Reviving #125, which was closed two minutes after it was opened with no comment and nothing replacing it. The commit is unchanged; it cherry-picks onto current main cleanly.

ihasmail.org is linked only from the login screen footer — a page a signed-in user sees once and never again. From inside the app there is still no route back to the project site: Documentation goes to docs.ihasmail.org, and that is the whole of it. The only other in-app mention is a passing reference in Appearance settings explaining where the theme palette came from.

"About ihasmail" now sits directly under Documentation in the account menu, which is where someone wondering what this thing is would actually look. Same MenuItem / external treatment as its neighbour, so it opens in a new tab with the same handling.

One file, five lines. typecheck clean, web suite passes (366).

If the original close was a deliberate "no" rather than an accident, this is the wrong change and the gap is worth a line in ROADMAP instead — otherwise it will keep getting re-proposed.
